Expect a reply within a few days. Telling us the dish, the diet you had switched on and what MenuPicks said about it helps more than anything else.

The thing people ask first

It got a dish wrong. It will, and we would like to hear about it. MenuPicks guesses what a dish contains from the words on the menu, which means a dish whose description hides an ingredient is a dish it can miss. On our own test set it catches about 87% of the dishes it should flag — so roughly one in eight that you should have been warned about is not. We measure that on purpose and publish it on purpose.

If you have an allergy, ask your server. MenuPicks is a way to narrow a long menu down to the few dishes worth asking about. It is not a way to skip asking, and it cannot know about a shared fryer or a substituted oil.

Your data

Scanning happens on your phone, and menu photos are not uploaded. There is no account unless you want one, no analytics and no advertising. The privacy policy is the long version, and it is specific rather than reassuring.

To delete everything we hold: Settings → Delete account in the app. It is immediate, with no recovery window. If you would rather ask a person, write to support@menupicks.app.
